Step 3 • In-person integration
Retreat + Certification
The DBHT retreat is designed for in‑person experiential work that does not translate well online. This is where your learning is integrated, your readiness is confirmed, and certification is completed.
Why the retreat is in-person
- Some experiential components require direct presence and real-time facilitation.
- Integration is assessed through discussion, reflection, and practical demonstration.
- Community and embodied practice are part of the certification standard.
Certification requirements (high level)
- Complete OM for Success (prerequisite).
- Complete the Master Healer online training.
- Submit the readiness reflection (below).
- Attend the in‑person retreat to finalize certification.
Apply for Retreat Consideration
The application is reflective and personal. It confirms you engaged the material and helps determine whether the retreat is the right next step for you.
Readiness reflection requirements
- Select 4 assessment tools you intend to use and explain why.
- Select 4 therapy tools you intend to use and explain why.
- Describe how you will use these tools ethically and within appropriate scope.
- Share what you got out of the program and how it changed your self-care approach.
The application form will be hosted on Google Forms. Once your form link is created, replace the button below with the live URL.
Note: Retreat dates and location details can be posted once scheduled. Until then, this page can remain evergreen with the readiness process and general description.
